Are Geeetech I3 models worth a purchase?

The only issue I see is the Acrylic frame. From previous posts, most say they crack over time.

For a cheap 3D printer, I love it. I wish I had bought one years ago.

Thats what I keep asking. I was peeking at there new Prusa I3 A Pro printer, being aluminum and all.
