Any use g3d drivers compared to standard a4988?
Spent a lot of time diagnosing issues with the g3ds. People mostly complaining about skipped steps on their printers. I use the cheap a4988s from China, no problems. I know that if something goes wrong it’s either a cooling issue or I need to turn up the pot a bit more.
Was curious. I have yet to get rid of noise. I had a z miss stepped printing a e3d mount for a wade. But I went to bed and it’s probably cause of the screw.
Just get some A4988s on aliexpress/ ebay and they’ll get here in a few weeks while you try to resolve this issue some other way
