Any one tried PCB before?

I’d like to ask if anyone has experience using CNC equipment to manufacture PCB?

I use the CNC router to mill double sided PCB’s for some years now. The results are better than my previous method (Toner Transfer).

In a nut shell my procedure:
Make a design in Eagle
Export the gerber files
Use Flatcam to mirror the drill and bottom layer
Use FlatCAM to generate the gcode files
Use UGS to make a heigth map of the PCB (key to good results)
Use UGS to send the height map corrected gcodes for the top layer (automatic process) to the CNC router
Use a 20° V-bit in the CNC router to mill the top traces (isolation routing)
Flip the board (mirror point set in FlatCAM)
Use UGS to make a new heigth map of the PCB (key to good results)
Use UGS to send the height map corrected gcodes for the bottom layer (automatic process) to the CNC router
Use UGS to send the gcodes for the drill points (automatic process) to the CNC router.

Shows my process, I’ve made quite a few PCB’s on a small CNC now. It’s quite fun to do.

@easytarget: Do you mean you are using your LASER engraver to cut PCBs?
