Top layers have uneven / scoring in them something to do with retraction? No idea how to change that!

Every time I print from prontface the temp of the hot end goes straight to 210 although set in prontface to 185. I’m currently overcoming this by changing the temp through tune menu when it’s started printing!
Probably over extruding a little bit. Top layer is very difficult to get perfect.

It took me about a week to dial in my extrusion rate. It was made more difficult due to the filament tensioner being too tight.
I set the top layer (in slic3r) to 0.05mm less than the nozzle diameter. Thats working perfekt. But it seems your overextruding. Try solving that first

Cura and solved the 210 issue it was set to simple settlings found it under advanced now good!
I have a file that can fix that for you, but it’s a bastard.
