My thoughts are an acrylic enclosure to reduce noise (although the makita is much quieter than dremel was) and contain the dust. The alternative is a bracket to attach a vacuum cleaner to suck up as much of it as possible. (3D printing is not a problem.) how do you guys deal with this.

Most of what I have seen have been dust collectors on the mill heads.

The acrylic box helps on noise, but can get in the way with large parts. Either way, step up to a proper dust collection system with cyclonic seperator. ShopVac filters clog way too fast.
