All the content you wrote in this community here on Google+ will be available to you soon¹ on http://forum.makerforums.info — and by using your google account to log in you will own all that content as soon as it arrives! You don’t even need to sign up for another account. Using your google account to sign in does not give the forum any access to your private information, it just is google authenticating to the forum that you are who you say you are.
In general, most of the content will look as if it had been written there in the first place. But if you aren’t happy with the formatting, you can log in and edit it if you like.
The forum runs on Discourse, which is open source software, including the import tool I wrote to pull the data into Discourse.
You’ll see familiar faces there already. Join us there!
