a good RGB analog strip is 72 watts per 5m roll correct?

Depends on how many LEDs are on it. Most are rated at 60mA per LED @ 5V. So if you have a strip that has 32 per meter, that’s 32 * 60mA = 1.92A per meter. Multiply by five meters and you get 9.6A @ 5V. That’s 48Watts.

I’ve never seen an “analogue” RGB strip rated for 5V. They are all 12V (with lots of wasteful resistors all along the strip). Digital(addressable) ones are usually 5V, though sometimes 12V if driving the colours sets in 3s.
So running full white with non-programmable will get you 108W @ 5M roll @ 30/M. 216W @ 5M roll @ 60/M

I have a few analog that are 5V. They’re around.

Source(s)? I’ve been looking and have yet been able to find any…

Aww heck, I don’t know. I got these a few years ago … I remember finding them on alibaba at the time. Never ordered any more after that.
