3D Printing Filament with IXEF 1022 Polymer

After three positives tests it’s our pleasure to show you the new filament produced in cooperation with SOlvay SA Belgium Company.
This filament is made with IXEF 1022, this material is super tough and used to high mechanical Performance at high temepratures. Have been printed three-piece Visible in the video Following where is also info about mechanical properties and printing parameters.

From a material properties standpoint, it sounds awesome. Will be interested to hear about nozzle wear after printing a kilo or so of this stuff. 50% GFR sounds extremely abrasive.

yes, GFR is extremely abrasive, but we use a nozzle with hard steel tempered tip, we worked from three month with this tip and GFR polymers without abrasion problem
