I’m still on a RAMPS 1.2 and have all the stuff required to go dual extrusion, except the RAMPS board. So this was useful to me…but…I’d like a little feedback from the community: Are you OK with posts like this? We regularly remove blogspam, even if it’s related to 3D printing but someone is trying to push their own personal site or whatever.
What kind of frequency should this stuff be let through? None? Occasional? Rarely?
If it’s a genuine deal then its in the communities interest to know about it I guess. Perhaps there should be a ‘hardware sources’ section these sorts of things can go in but could you then filter it out in a feed?
Filtering is something that G+ is sorely missing. I’d make a “deals/advertisements” category that people could filter out, but no filters. =[
I like being notified of new/unique electronics and/or QUALITY nozzles being advertised. I’m not really buying components right now but it allows me to stay updated on what I can use in my next machine. Not sure I want an ad for every filament deal though.
I’m with @Ben_Malcheski ; deals are great, advertising your new product/store is spam.
Here is a hint. If you want to advertise a new product, at least produce some useful good content. Why should we care? How is better, what can it do?
